Just started with good life looks really promising
I needed to chat with customer service to get an early refill after my prescription had been on hold. I spoke with Sarah and she was a wonderful help!!! She got my early refill completed and let me know when the next refill would be and verify that that would be okay with me. She verified everything with me before she did it which I appreciate
I needed customer support and just wasn't getting the help I needed with the support chat option until I requested help from a human. Once Bailie came on to address my issue, it was resolved within a few minutes. That has always been the case once I talk to an actual person. The original process to get started was fast and easy and I couldn't believe how quickly I received my prescription in the mail.
Awesome customer service. Quick and efficient response from everyone at GLM
I receive my Semaglutide Meds today and when I open the package 📦 I was amazed. How much I receive for just only $99. For 3 month supply. I support Good Life Meds. See you in 3 months Good Life Meds. Thank You.
I was successfully using Mounjaro (tirzepatide) for 6 months, with few side effects, appetite suppression and weight loss. I changed insurance, and Mounjaro was no longer covered, so I had to find an alternative. After doing research, I decided to try Good Life Meds. I have now been using Good Life Meds for nearly 4 weeks at the same dose of Mounjaro I was previously taking. I have had significantly more side effects with Good Life Meds Tirzepatide, including 1 days of severe headache after each dose, daily stomach upset, gas and diarrhea. In addition, the appetite suppression has been marginal at best, as compared to Mounjaro. I was still hungry most of the time. My experience has been that this formulation is in no way comparable to the brand product. They don't guarantee their product, they don't give refunds. I made a mistake by purchasing a 6 month supply. I am a physician MD and I will be actively advising my patients against this formulation from this company and to be wary of all tirzepatide compound pharmacies. Try 1 month first before committing to a longer term supply. Dr. Julian
For the first time in a year, my medication wasn’t shipped and received within a few days. I reached out and was helped by Bianca in the chat room. She quickly discovered the problem and straightened it out for me. She was very professional and provided clear and complete information. I’m very happy with Good Life Meds!
I signed up interested in one particular injectable vitamin combo. I could not find information about the specific ingredients and amounts in the shot, so I continued the process of signing up, including entering my cc info, expecting a conversation with a clinician of some sort. Without communicating with anyone, I received a message from a “doctor” that I’d been prescribed the injectable vitamin I was interested in. I asked after that how much of each vitamin is in the shot, and I was told to ask the prescribing pharmacy (which was mail-order, not local). When I pushed back and asked again, incredulously, I was finally given the amounts, which were much lower than I was looking for. I then asked to cancel because I was no longer interested, and was informed it was too late to cancel. Out over $80. When the shot and needles arrived, they came with zero instructions. QR codes did not lead to instructions, I could not find anything on the patient portal on the website. I sent a message asking for instructions, and I got back “ Inject 1ml(100 units) intramuscularly twice weekly in your thigh.” Nothing about how to fill the syringe, nothing about how to inject, no videos, no nothing. I have never injected myself in my life and I cannot use this ridiculously low-dose I was charged for without any actually communication from a human. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
I had previously tried a different company & unfortunately experienced a lot of nausea and side effects, while also paying almost double the price. My experience with Good Life has been completely different. I’ve seen better results with far fewer side effects, and their customer service has been amazing. I’ve needed to customize a few things with my orders along the way, and they’ve always been quick to respond & helpful. Definitely worth the cost!
Love Good Life!!! NAD is life! Ashlie was so helpful about my recurring order! Awesome company to order from!
Good life meds is not only legitimate with their GLP-1 ( semaglutide) , they are almost always offering promo codes . And even though some of them say only good for the first order , try the code anyways Because you will often get lucky, as I have! Their customer service chat system is very accommodating . If you don’t want your card automatically billed for future refills , you can pause it so that way you are in charge & you won’t pay full price as long as you can find a working promo code. Also, their customer service cares about keeping their customers. Just be nice to them , ask and most often they will be willing to try to help you out with a discount code if you are unable to find one online yourself. I have been using them for a few months & I’ve taken a break in between to reset my body. And what’s great is they have allowed me to do that. I’m going to order my NAD+ from them ( after I started it for the first time through another site I get my glutathione & my lipo b12 from for over a couple of years…. I do this & would switch if it’s better financially for me to one day!) so I’m new to NAD+ and after I asked chatGBT about why I was freeeeeezing teeth chattering , whole body convulsing which has been scary , I discovered that I got a contaminated bottle 😳 ,hence why I will try Good Life meds NAD+ sometime in the near future as soon as I can afford to. They are great! I’ve had a package lost & they were quick to mail me another. Can’t say enough good things about them. Oh & they send your meds in nice packaging, with ice packs . Also, they include your needles you will need & alcohol prep pads .
I have tried a lot of companies for compound semaglutide and compound trizepitide and most of them are absolutely awful and I advise you to stay clear! I learned the hard way. Then I did come across good life Med and I could not be happier with the quality of the medication along with the packaging and supplies. Each order comes with syringes, alcohol swabs and the medication is extremely well packaged in a safe hard plastic container. It also is accompanied by extremely detailed instructions regarding dose and expiration date. The customer service is exquisite and I have to mention Sara who I worked with today on the Support chat Line, she was patient with all of my questions and was extremely supportive and handled My needs rather quickly. If you have not already tried good life Med is and you were on this semaglutide or Trizepitide journey. I would definitely recommend giving them a go! 10/10
Bianca was a great help today. I needed to reactivated my subscription to continue on my treatment with tirzepatide and also add a promo that was texted to me. She assisted me with reactivation and all the steps to resubmit my data. Great help. Great choice I made choosing GLM. I’ve lost weight and had zero side effects.
Simple, easy, and they are always super helpful when I have any issues! Totally recommend this company to anyone!
I have been a customer with Good Life for a couple of years. Great products, shipping, and customer service. Bianca did a great job with a pricing issue I was having and she resolved it.
You cannot speak with a live person. Chat responses are very slow. You cannot keep the chat on your screen as you navigate the screens that the chat agent tells you to go to in order to try to make needed changes to your plan. The site has several errors. Today when I tried to take advantage of a promo shown on the screen, the chat agent said that promotion had ended. So you cannot rely on the information displayed on their site. The site does not include doses for oral tirzepatide, just for injectable tirzepatide, although they do sell the oral version, so it is impossible to request your dose on the site, but it is also impossible to speak with a live person to fix it. When you message their doctor, it takes about 24 hours to get a reply, and it seems to always be in the middle of the night, so I assume that he is on the opposite side of the planet, rather than in the U.S.. When I got my first shipment, the ice pack was melted and warm and the bottle was warm, so I called the pharmacy to see if it was safe to use. They said yes, but said that if the product was cloudy, that it was unsafe to use. Mine was cloudy, but there were no instructions with this warning. If I hadn't called in to ask about the temperature, I would not have known this. I just do not feel safe with this company, everything seems very shady and backroom.
I decided to place an order with Good Life and immediately regretted it! I very clearly stated I wanted the order cancelled if I wasn’t going to get the dose I’d been on. I ordered the dose, they immediately took my money and I see right away they are giving me the lowest dose anyways. They say they cannot change a prescription or refund or anything once the doctor looks at and processes an order….so I scrambled to contact the doctor as well as support before the doctor even glanced at my order. Again I said I wanted my order cancelled and a refund if they weren’t going to give me the right dose. The doctor looked at and responded to my message before looking at my info/order. I provided proof of previous dose, again said I only wanted a refund and not to process my order if they won’t give me the right (max) dose…so the dr then looks at my stuff, processes an order fora low dose and sends it to the pharmacy anyways!!!!! Now I am having to wait several days before anyone who might be able to do anything about this even has a chance to look at my complaint! Before all is said and done I will have gone a minimum of 2 weeks without my meds and I am very angry about that and super disappointed in Good Life. I will return and update this review as soon as something happens. I’ve been taking glp-1 meds for over a year and a half and In that time I’ve ordered from several places. Good Life is the worst experience I’ve had by far. I wish I had gone somewhere else and hope my experience and review might save someone from going through this frustrating and infuriating experience that I’m having to deal with. Again, I’ll update this review as soon as anything happens…..but if someone were to ask me right now if they should order from Good Life my answer would be ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Bianca and the team at GLM is so helpful and makes it super simple and easy to discuss my options. I have referred their company to many of my friends!! Thank you for all your help!
I was seeking access to tirzepatide without having to jump through a lot of hoops or commitment. Other online sources seemed to only want me on semaglutide, but I was able to pick which medication I wanted with Good Life Meds. I found the process to be pretty straightforward and they were quick to ship with all the supplies I needed (about a week from beginning to end I'd say). Their chat support has been helpful when I've needed them, too... I will warn that when you buy anything you are automatically enrolled in auto-renew (even though it seems like you won't be from the language used on their page)... all I had to do was use the chat function to ask that I be unenrolled and they did it, no questions asked. I found the experience to be easier than trying to schedule with my primary doctor. I did not try to get insurance to cover it, but the cost seems ok to me (again, especially considering I didn't have to schedule a visit with my doc, which would have been about the cost of the medication I think!). I'd recommend if you want to try a GLP-1 without a lot of hassle.
So far things are good. I just really have to keep an eye on my account and pay attention to the cost, discount codes, shipping time and if I have it on pause. So far, customer service has been great helping me with all of this each time.
