From start to finish the process was simple and easy .from order to receiving it was 5 days it was amazingly fast. My picture is perfect and beautiful I could not be happier . Communication an shipping were also great . I would absolutely recommend an buy from again !!

We received the coffee cup we ordered broken in the mail. I immediately emailed Gossby and received a personalized email from their rep Karmelyn apologizing and asking if she could send a replacement. It was sent in a very timely manner at no extra charge. The coffee cup itself presents as exactly as it showed and is good quality.

I initially ordered a mug as a gift and when it arrived it was missing angel wings and the font was difficult to read. After corresponding with Phoebe, their customer service representative, she ordered a replacement mug that was perfect! She offered outstanding customer service and fixed the problem. Super quick smooth delivery. Puzzle was delivered to Canada 5 days after I placed the order.
Very cute personalized jigsaw puzzle for my grandson. I will wait until he's about 2 to give it to him. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that I wish the pieces had a hard coating right from the factory.

I loved the proof that was emailed, it was perfect. When the item arrived the image was cut off and not aligned. This was a Father’s Day gift and I was very disappointed.

I was really happy with the canvas picture that i could include all my beloved pets. The last one i could only include my dogs but on this one i could include my cats too. Really happy with it.
