Shipping and Delivery
No customer service for delivery issue(s). My package's address was missing my unit #. Amazon sent me "attempted delivery" additional information needed. Contacted Amazon, they said contact the vendor (Gossby). Called Gossby, they said deal with Amazon. Emailed Amazon, they responded with deal with the vendor (Gossby) because it was not ordered on the Amazon platform. Called Gossby again, who informed me, once the item ships they can do nothing, and advised me that Amazon would not even return the item to Gossby, therefore it couldn't even be reshipped. Went back to (Amazon), the only thing they had to offer, again, go back to the vendor (Gossby) and ask for a replacement or refund. However, Amazon sent the package back out for delivery, without any updates, so I waited for the Amazon delivery truck to come into the neighborhood and was able to claim my package. Ordering Gossby products through Amazon allows one to update delivery instructions, unfortunately, ordering directly through the Gossby website, even though Gossby uses Amazon shipping does not allow for delivery instruction updates. Amazon Shipping does not allow shipping instruction updates because the shipper is the client? To quote Gossby's customer service "once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands...it won't even be returned"

So the ship time was great I received custom Pokémon card early the biggest issues are I paid for a frame like the card had been graded but there was no sticker like you see on the sample images and the holder for the card in frame was completely broken. The card itself though the picture was fine due to me using ai to make the picture into anime myself - thought they would do that but I guess incorrectly. You are able to write something special in spots on the card - it is sooooooo small that you can’t read it at all. Looks like a black line honestly. Tried to even get a magnifying glass BUT nope can’t read anything still! Paid way to much for this to not be happy

Cute cup but package came damaged..
The cup came super cute but I will say I was not happy with the way it arrived it wasn’t in a box it was in styrofoam but the styrofoam was broken and completely beat up and the cup was way smaller than expected (that’s on me) but it’s cute just not happy at all for the price and the quality and effort I got.

Excellent customer service
Initially did have a sizing issue (size chart online was incorrect) however every staff person I spoke with by phone and by email were so accommodating, professional and kind. It was honestly a pleasure to interact with the staff. All efforts were made to assist with resolving my issue, and the quality of the product and timeliness of delivery was great. Would recommend this company for gifts and custom items.
