My experience was very good. I do have a concern about payment. I sent a personal check for $130 with my passport and application. My credit card was charged $157 on the web site. Once I receive my new passport, I will check on the payments.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is a scam! It’s easy to select this company because of the gov part in their name. They will charge you for forms that should be free. They have the option for you to erase your information out their system. I requested once I realized that they’re a scam and they won’t process a refund. Even with an order ID, they won’t help with a refund!!
