i have not yet recieved my passport, and while I wait I have to say that Govswift made this easy. “Getting your passport” always was made out to be daunting and intimidating, but Govswift walks you through the process, prints out additional info, and makes sure you know exactly what steps need to be taken.

I was extremely impressed at the ease of completing the application online printing it off and mailing it in with my soon to expire passport. Within two weeks, I had my new passport in the mail. Very efficient.

The process filling the forms was easier than going to POST OFFICE get the papers go home fill out then get documents then go back to file. Printed them out at home then made my appointment so fast and thorough would suggest to all my people to do it this way!!!

The person of whom I spoke to was very nice and patient. He answered my questions by looking up when I would receive my passport by giving me a date and reassured me that I would get my birth certificate back in a different package. The call relieved me of traveling worries. Thanks

I had a couple of questions to ask in the beginning of my application. These questions were answered in a timely manner!! The entire process was very easy!!
The payment for this is a bit more pricey than going to the post office or another avenue but it was very timely and productive.

After paying the fee, I received paperwork that was not completed correctly. Because of the errors, I was unable to use the documents they provided. I then went to the official government passport website, completed the forms myself, and successfully scheduled my passport appointment. The entire process on the official site took less time than I had spent using GovSwift.
After multiple complaints, the company agreed to refund 60% of the fee. However, I still paid for a service that I ultimately could not use and had to redo myself from the beginning.
My experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I would strongly encourage anyone applying for a passport to go directly to the official government website rather than paying a third-party service. Double-check the website address before entering personal information or payment.
