Customer Service is amazing

Customer Service is always extremely polite to my family, we have thorough enjoyed our first 3 months so far and they've been quick to answer even (and especially) on weekends and holidays despite surely being with their own families. Our issues have never gone more than several hours max before being resolved, which is important to us because we rarely get to use our service during normal business hours.

Quick support and their servers are optimized and fast

We are really happy with this service. We are using their service since april and we have never encountered problems. We only had a problem with one of our plugin ports, but they fixed the issue really fast. I recommend this site to everyone.

Experience with issues and discord assistance.

I had a problem with a modpack I had accidentally downloaded. It practically destroyed my files and game, veru lucky I had a backup. I tried to fix the issue later by any means possible, but wasn't able to. I ended up asking help on their discord server. And I am not joking, as soon as I made a ticket, someone answered before I could say anything. The only reason its not 5 stars is because I had an issue with Geyser a few weeks ago and I had not received any assistance after a day of wait, but the issue ended up solving itself, times which is why it's not 3 stars. Really like this host, just wish it could be less complicated, but it's a fair tradeoff for how affordable it is.

NICE!!!!

Well, I was having major issues issues with GPortal so I went looking for a new host. Found these guys and purchased a Rust Server. After 30 mins, it still did not install. So I went to their discord and put in a ticket. OMG!! They were ON IT!!! Got if fixed and online sooooo fast!!! Shout out to Trinity for getting my issue diagnosed and pushed forward and also to Vampy for the closure! This team is awesome!!! I'll be moving my other two servers over to Gravel when my sub is up for renewal!!!

Great customer service if a bit slow on startup

I set up a server this afternoon and it was still pending after 3 hours. However, the reason for the 5 stars is that the customer service I got from Tash was fantastic and the server now runs brilliantly. This is a fantastic site and I would highly recommend it
