If i could give gravel host zero stars i would, but it's not possible. I am writing this review because my experience with GravelHost has been extremely frustrating from beginning to end.
I had difficulties joining the service, and now I am having an equally difficult time leaving it. I contacted GravelHost specifically to ask them to delete my account and stop sending me invoices. I have sent two messages about this and also contacted their staff through Discord, which appears to be their main customer support channel. Despite all of this, my account has not been deleted, my subscription is still showing as pending, and I am still receiving invoices.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly with them. I am not asking for anything complicated. I simply want my account deleted and the invoices to stop. Instead, my requests have remained unresolved, while I continue to deal with the consequences.
My previous Trustpilot review was also taken offline after it was flagged for allegedly containing promotional content. Trustpilot specifically told me that my review violated its guidelines because it supposedly contained advertising or promotional content. However, my previous review was simply describing my experience with GravelHost. It did not contain advertising, promotional links, incentives, or an attempt to promote anything.
I am therefore still trying to have my review remain visible on Trustpilot after it was removed. I find this especially concerning because Trustpilot itself is currently displaying a warning on GravelHost's profile regarding potentially misleading use of Trustpilot content. I cannot determine exactly why individual reviews become unavailable, but I have noticed that negative reviews can disappear, which makes me concerned about how customer experiences are being represented.
I am not writing this review to attack anyone. I am writing it because I genuinely want other customers to know what happened to me. I tried to resolve everything directly and gave GravelHost multiple opportunities to fix the situation. I am still waiting for my account to be deleted and for the invoices to stop.
This has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. Based on my experience with the service, customer support, cancellation process, and the difficulty I have had getting this simple issue resolved, I would not recommend GravelHost.
Great Value for Money, if you can spare some bucks though I would recommend going to a more premium option.
Prices: Low
Server Quality: Good, not exceptional, but definitely worth paying for, especially at these prices.
Support: Variable; Most of the time you get a slow Customer Support Agent, unfortunately. But sometimes you may get fast ones that actually care. I would like to praise Tash and Yousif specifically.
Website: A little laggy, but according to people on Discord, this is because they updated the website very recently with many new features so it's not as stable as it was, but this should hopefully improve.
Server customizability: High. You can tweak a lot of things; there are a few things that I wish were changeable without having to contact support, but these are mostly niche things most people either don't know about or wouldn't want to change.
Great server host, very affordable with no lag. I especially found the UI incredibly simple to use and interact with and the support was also very helpful when I needed it

I have a minecraft server but struggled with geyser mc for the latest update. They quickly worked out and solved my problem. I thank Tash for doing this!
Support is incredible! Fast response, and probably one of, if not, the best service solution I've ever had with game server providers.

I use this since June (2026) and I have just one thing to say: Is a incredible way to play with my friends. The support have some problems (such as the time to answer), but are just exceptions, in general is fast, useful and very personalized. Futhermore, the prices are pretty well, is economic and easy to use. 100& recommended
Constant crashes, no proper support, and repeated upgrades solved nothing
My experience with Gravel Host was extremely disappointing. I contacted support about serious performance problems and constant server crashes, but I received basically no useful help or proper troubleshooting.
I upgraded my server multiple times, going from 10 GB to 12 GB, then 14 GB, and finally 16 GB of RAM, but the crashes continued. Even after all those upgrades, I was still constantly receiving emails telling me to upgrade again and spend more money. It felt like they were more interested in upselling me than actually fixing the issue.
The crashes were frequent enough that players on the server lost progress, which made the experience frustrating for everyone. I eventually migrated the exact same server, world, and modpack to a different hosting provider, and since moving, there have been no crashes at all.
Based on my experience, Gravel Host was unreliable, the customer support was absent when I needed it, and repeatedly paying for upgrades made no difference. It was genuinely a waste of money, and I would not recommend them.
Gravel Host offers some of the best value for your money, honestly. The only thing I’d change is the website itself: it can lag, take a while to load, and sometimes I can’t scroll on certain pages. But aside from that, the servers are perfect with no lag, and you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want which is beautiful.
Used them before in the past never had any issues, so recently used them again for a Minecraft server was transferring a modded ATM single player to a server and had a few issues trying to set it up properly and get it to work fortunately got a quick reply in their discord and the support was perfect have to give a shoutout to YoYo he was quick to help and gave me some advice for the future will definitely use gravel host again
