I've had a bad experience with Gravel…
I've had a bad experience with Gravel Hosting. The main issue is that they don't provide the database on the same node as the game server. Because of that, I'm getting high latency between the server and the database, and I can't run my FiveM server properly. I hope they improve this by offering databases on the same node or at least in the same location.
They were decent when I had them but…
They were decent when I had them but basically stole money from me after I cancelled my services with them by continuing to charge me without authorization.

I just had the best customer service of all time. I opened a ticket and had a response in literally less than 15 seconds. Then "GH YoYo" fixed all of the problems i had in a matter of minutes. I HATED THIS
This was one of the worst experiences ever. Had to sit on a call for 1 hour trying to get this to work and we couldn't even easily get a refund. It's like juggling snakes trying to use customer support. JUST GIVE ME A REFUND.
