I was looking to transfer server…
I was looking to transfer server ownership to a friend since im no longer playing the game we had the server up for but they wanted to keep it. 𝔗𝔯𝔦𝔫𝔦𝔱𝔶™ helped me on the live chat support, super kind, friendly and helpful as well as very quickly responsive. GH as a platform is incredible, had nothing but smooth sailing with them. Thanks guys!
Terrible Refund Policy with no exceptions apparently
I used my server for a very short period at the beginning of 2026. I was charged a 6 month renewal on July 6th, 2026 (2 days ago at the time of this review). I reached out today to attempt to cancel the service and request a refund. Nope, apparently it's a "renewal" so therefore ineligible for any possible refund, even within a 72-hour window. Terrible policy for customers who just wanted a quick server for a bit and forgot about the service. I reached out as soon as I noticed, again within 48 hours, and it's too much to ask for a refund according to their refund policy. So buyer beware. Poor customer relationship management here.

server is super stable thus far, had some hiccups on initial start up all because of a stupid mod overlook, but luckily for me support was timely, attentive and very helpful!

Assistance is key for these types of websites and oh boy, is it good here. whilst setting up i ran into a few issues. i opened a ticket, waited a few minutes and Vampy (a mod in the discord where you can get help) fixed it! no more issues. really amazing, server works perfect!
Great support/service
I have owned a Ark Ascended server for a bit now and i cna say i am very pleased with gravel hosting. Knowing how buggy Asa is there has been some issues when it came to setting up mods, but GH support team was very quick to respond and quick to resolve my issues. I was helped by Trinity and had a nice chat along with great service 10/10
