Excellent products. Great selection of blinds to choose from. Made to measure to exact dimensions. I have now purchased 7 of these blinds and they all work perfectly using remote control, Alexa command or Alexa routine. I was surprised how quickly the blinds were delivered considering they are made to measure. Highly delighted with my purchases.

The team at Garywind went out of their way to ensure I go t the product I wanted in the size, color, and power that worked best for me. The fabric was backordered, but the company reached out, let me know the timeline, and supported me to come back and get the curtains I wanted once the fabric was back in stock. Great quality product and installation instructions were readily available to support install.

fees My experience with the company was excellent. Service was responsive, customization was handled quickly, and shipping was fast. The finished product met my expectations, and the pricing structure was disclosed clearly before purchase. That said, the customization fees are steep. Charging $2 or more per additional inch beyond 22 inches, another $1 per inch for added height, and separate fees for nearly every modification causes the total price to rise very quickly. I am not reducing the rating because these charges were not hidden, but I do believe the fee structure is excessive. I would like to order more pieces for my home, but on a fixed income, purchases at these prices will be rare. Better discounts, bundled customization options, or more reasonable upgrade pricing would make repeat business much more realistic. The service itself earned five stars; the pricing remains the main drawback.

Easy to install, works without any problems so far , we've owned them for 7 months. I like that remote that works without wifi. I wish they were a bit quieter but the noise they make is not too loud
