We ordered an automatic trimmer and the tumbler came in bent. The Green Thumb Depot employee that assisted us was polite, quick to respond, as was able to facilitate a new replacement tumbler being sent to our location without any issues. Great customer service.

One of the best customer service calls I had EVER. ED was really professional keeping it straight forward and simple for buying large quantities of freeze driers, giving me helpful answers and tips, I was a little sketched out at first with this whole website and ordering but getting a call from ED truly change my opinion and perspective on this company, this company really puts in the work and effort to make sure there customers get the best of the best, looking forward to buying this freeze drier and maybe a bubble hash machine as well, 10/10 customer service I will 100% come back
