Ordered a mammoth under canopy lighting system with stands and the stands weren’t included in the original shipping package. Cole had already text me before my package arrived checking on everything, and when I told him the stands weren’t shipped he immediately got things moving and a couple short days later I had my stands. He was in communication the whole time. A very different experience from other stores, and I appreciated the follow ups and responsiveness of Alex! Top Notch!

unbelievable customer service

bought a few things from them, my nug smasher rosin press came damaged in the mail. within 3hrs my issues have been resolved and they have taken such good care of me. best customer service i’ve experienced in years. my harvest will not skip a beat due to them. shop here they look after their customers.

They offered me a $100 coupon if I gave them my email address and my phone number and signed up for texts... Tried to put the $100 coupon on my order and was told the coupon wasn't valid. Pretty lame.

Amazing customer service

I placed an order for a floor tray. When I received the item, it was not quite what I expected. I reached out regarding a return and I received a prompt response. After reviewing, Cole, the customer service representative was kind enough to refund my money without the hassle of sending the item back! Wow! Not what I expected at all but so appreciated! This company is amazing. They notified me when my shipment was delayed and kept in touch throughout the process. My equipment has some issues and they were speedy with a reply and checked in with me frequently to see if they could help me further! They will be my go to company from now on!! Digital timer

I purchased a digital timer from them last month. Unfortunately the first one had a manufacturer defect, but they replaced it immediately after finding out what the issue was. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Order nugsmasher xp with the starter kit. The owner was awesome throughout the process, answered right away with the answers I needed or was very quick to return a call. He kept me updated throughout the process with updates on my order. Tracked my order and told me it was delivered before I got an email that it had arrived from the courier. Asked and waited for me to get home to take inventory and make sure everything showed up undamaged and complete. It’s refreshing especially these days to work with someone who cares that much about their business they go above and beyond that I felt like I was the only customer. Aside from the right things done, he was awesome correcting deficiencies too. My order was missing a piece, not a critical one more of a nice to have and he made it a point that he will see to it that it was fixed. If you’re second guessing about doing business with these guys, don’t. Highly recommend and will be ordering more in the future.

I recently purchased a DAB ESYBOX MINI…

I recently purchased a DAB ESYBOX MINI 3 Booster pump. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. After reviewing the suggested plumbing recommendations for a City Water Supply feed, I revamped my house inlet configuration. Following the directions, I placed the unit into operation with no problem. Several days later, I was unable to get the display to power up. I contacted Ed and Cole and immediately got a response with a suggestion on the cause of the problem. A CR 1225 3V Lithium battery was purchased from Batteries+. I replaced the battery and the unit is working properly. All of this happened within 2 days of the first email contact!!!

I purchased a booster pump and cover…

I purchased a booster pump and cover from Green Thumb Depot. The company which installed the pump mentioned that the cover was of poor quality and did not cover the entire product. I repackaged the cover and sent it back. The distributor claimed the cover was damaged (nonsense) and would not refund my money.Green Thumb Depot stepped up and refunded me the entire cost.It was a class thing to do !

Everything has been great through the whole process. My unit came damaged from UPS and Ed stayed in contact with me the whole time until I received a replacement.
