Good quality
I ordered an iPhone 4 from Grid and it arrived just as I expected. The frame is good quality, it comes with hanging brackets too. The phone inside is obviously used, but is presentable with no major scratches and looks nice now I have it on the wall. 5/5 would order from them again
Improved with time…
It was a rocky experience but after sending two emails, I finally got a response and the outcome was amazing. Communication and accountability needs to be improved but the product is by far beautiful in its own right. It is wonderfully packaged for safety and to maintain the integrity of the product. The product itself was just as advertised. Marvelous piece of art that my husband was so happy to receive even if it was almost a week late.

I must admit that I was confused because there is no hotline or address. What if something goes wrong or I am not satisfied? I received the painting safely and stylishly packaged and it is a great design piece. Very lovingly designed. Great idea. I am very happy.

The quality wasn’t what I expected
The quality wasn’t what I expected. My frame had minor scuffs in it and the overall quality just seems a little cheap. Still love the concept, but for the price they could have more attention to detail. Shipping also took 4 weeks as the first two weeks it spent going from place to place in China.
