It really does work

I was sceptical about the product. I don’t know the exact science of how it works or why but it does work. I noticed I was actually sleeping and waking up with less stiffness. And I had the fortune of contacting Natalie with a few questions about the product and other products at grounding well customer service. All I can say after several email exchanges Natalie has shown the patience of a saint and been very helpful in answering any query I put forward. Customer service is excellent.

The sheet was not quite suitable for me, but I can see why it is so popular It is an excellent product. When I asked for a refund the people were wonderful and so kind and very helpful. Thanks so much to everyone especially Natalie for her ongoing help and support. I wish this company well in the future .

Making life better

What a difference my grounding mat made to my life. It helped the aching in my legs feel so much better. I have just purchased the grounding sheet to help with my back pain and hopefully a good nights sleep. A great company and excellent customer service.

I received my item however there was no plug or socket tester in which I had paid for. When I contacted them they were very sorry and sent them out to me which I received in a few days. Great customer service. I'll update about the blanket once I have used it for a couple of weeks

Great product!

The ordering process went very well. Looking forward to receiving my sheets. I have a sheet that was a gift from my brother and his wife. For me, it has done just about all that it says it can do. I love it! So, I’m purchasing more to give as gifts for my daughter and her family.

Tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it

I placed an order with Groundingwell and 5 minutes later contacted them to cancel the order. I’d been redirected to Groundingwell from another site and didn’t realize it. I responded to their rating email with the request to cancel it also. I sent a third email to cancel the order when I didn’t hear from them I. The afternoon. I just received an email that they shipped the order! Do they even read their customer service emails?!?!? Not happy and definitely won’t recommend them. I’ll write another review detailing whether or not they pay the shipping to have it returned. I canceled the order almost immediately. Seems a bit scammy to me.

I made a mistake and ordered twice, I emailed them and the next morning was emailed back they had cancelled the second order and refund in progress. That's great service and understanding.
