Before you regret your decision
I don't know what to say, it's just too bad! The content from CLDP is quite generic and it seems I won't be able to get anyting for real work at all. Say Training Evaluation, the content would give your some ideas of different framework, then that's it. There is no sample of how to implement it at all, at least just introduce NPS in L1, or how are you going to create assessment to highlight the behavioral change pre and post training using statistical method. But it's nothing there. All of the content and all of the session are like that. Nothing more. Just a nice marketing to attract learners! The marketing is really different from the product. And I just browsed some contents and took the exam and I passed, now I regreted passing the exam, if I didn't pass two times, I could get my money back. Or is there a way to get refund?

Insightful
It was an insightful session and I learnt that learning late is not bad and be ready to unlearn, relearn and learn again because every field is changing and you also need to change with it and also adapt to the new technology coming or you will be left behind in the industry of choice.
