All the materials and videos were well formatted and presented to make for a good experience. The only reason I ranked the experience a 4 versus a 5 was the games, more specifically the interviews and capstone project. Instructions weren't clear and the system was very temperamental making it difficult to figure and get through.

The CLDP course is a comprehensive course especially for beginners who are trying to understand the L&D landscape. For experienced L&D's this is a great platform to network and learn from other experts through live group weekend sessions. The LMS tool itself is very interactive, and gives you access to templates, study materials, e-learning material, games, mock tests, webinars & other interactive activities. Additionally this is all available with lifetime validity. So if you are second guessing, don't, its totally worth it. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because some of the e-learning material could be modified to make it more clear, lively and specific. I did find it little generic but its still better than some other materials from other courses.
