Betsy was the absolute best
Betsy was the absolute best! She arrived within the window given and was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. Tested out the system before she left and actually taught me how to use the duress feature and the emergency functions. One of the absolute best customer service experiences I have ever had. Betsy was A++++.

Very professional. Kind and patient and understanding even when we were the ones that accidentally set off our alarm. We were in the kitchen looking through old family photos while preparing lunch and got distracted for just a few minutes. I told the story to the rep and she was very kind. The representative even called us back and sent us a pizza 🍕 for lunch so we could have more time to look through our pictures. We are thankful for Guardian’s quick response but also this very personalized experience!
