Guest Reservations is a scam !
For the past month, I have been sending emails to their customer service requesting assistance, and I have never received a single reply.
I lost €150 after the hotel asked me to cancel my reservation and assured me that I would receive a full refund.
What makes this even worse is that Guest Reservations operates what appears to be an informational booking site that closely imitates the official hotel website. It is very easy to believe you are booking directly with the hotel when you are not.
I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a chargeback through my credit card company.
Stay away from this company and always double-check that you are booking through the hotel’s official website.

Easy to book but no real clarity about what you are getting. Shower or bath?? No option to select double or twin beds?? No way to contact hotel directly to request any of these. No way of entering IHG loyalty number on regular booking site - if you go on the loyalty site, it is way more expensive.
All really odd.

time limit is annoying, extra fee in not good and the system made me put in my credit card twice which makes me think this is fraud. Plus the date is not helpful on this screen

They answered the phone and pretended…
They answered the phone and pretended to be the hotel I wanted to call. Took the reservation and when I placed a question was put on hold to check with the reps manager. Only after actually spaeking with the actual hotel was I informed the "hold" was for them to call the hotel and fetch my answer, so I had no reason to think it was not the actual hotel Very unscrupolus at best and downright shady bussiness practice. I will make sure going forward of whom and where I call.

Prior to confirming the reservation, it indicated that my total was $143 for the room plus $30 in taxes. After confirmation, it jumped to $224.90. I feel I've been scammed.
