Purchased my item on 4/16/17 and had it expedited shipping. It is 5/1/17 now and still haven't received my item. Emailed them twice and didn't get any replies. Edit: Received a reply from them today (5/2/17) and provided me a tracking number for my item. The item is still on pre-packing status. I might have to wait 1 or 2 months for my item that I paid expedited shipping for.
I am sooooo frustrated! I ordered bracelets of December with names engraved in them and they sent it 3 months later. After carefully explaining to them which bracelet has which engraving, it was incorrect. Messaged them, fixed it, waited 2 more months for WRONG engravings again!! kept messaging them for a refund and no reply, they sent WRONG bracelets one more time!!! I've explained it in every way possible to make sense!!! But they still don't understand the difference between an "H" and an "M" like honestly don't order from them, save your time and money and find some one you can trust to give your money's worth. UPDATE: they emailed me threatening me! They asked me to remove this review in order to receive $7 of the $40 on bracelets which THEY constantly messed up on, they are getting frustrated with me saying they will report my card company at this "false" complaint, when it is not false and I have continuously updated them and tried communicating in regard to their mistakes, and I'm been quite patient with it all!
Gullei was late to deliver my package that I paid priority service for. To be honest I believed they were a scam site after that. However, I received my package, an apology and a refund card. All is forgiven.
I ordered promise rings for my boyfriend and i with our nicknames engraved in them a week before valentines day. I knew it would be far past the holiday and told him i ordered something at it would be late, but he aould LOVE it so its worth the wait. The rings never came. Wrote them in 3 different ways. No customer service in Meric. Now im out the money and my wonderful loving boyfriend now got nothing. They suck. Dont buy
Paid for faster shipping still took a long time to come in. And then to top it off the engraving were wrong !!!!!! Very bad company, no customer service. Phone number doesn't work. Will not respond to emails
I made an order on November 29th and paid extra for faster shipping so that I would have the ring before Christmas. The ring arrived on on December 27th. However, despite the fact the shipping and the company doesn't stay in touch once the product leaves their facility, my ring I ordered is gorgeous. So if you order from this company order with plenty of extra time and be patient for your order to arrive.
I ordered my purchase on 11/28/2016. I also paid extra for 9-14 day priority shipping. It is currently 12/26/2016 and I still don't have my purchase. Shipping is terribly slow. Customer service replies back with simple responses that do not help out at all. I will not purchase anything from this website again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
I cant track my package, and they didn't reply any of my emails
I ordered a necklace on nov 2 and paid for express shipping and it came on nov 10, i engraved it and had two hearts, one at the beginning of the name and one at the end, the beginning heart was on top of the name so it just looked weird but the other pairing necklace looked great.

The rings look AMAZING! The only thing is that the shipping took a little longer than expected as I thought it was going to be a scam, but little did I know that I was just losing patience. Overall, I love it! Thanks so much, I'll definitely shop here again!
Very bad customer service and communication. Products do not arrive and they don't respond to my emails at all. I had to contact AMEX in order to get my money back because they wouldn't respond to AMEX either.
When i made my first purchase it was a couple of matching bracelets with a personal engraving and matching quotes. The product was beautiful except the quotes did not match. Was supposed to say "Love will show you the way" instead it said " Love which connectstwo persons" not only did it have bad spacing but horrible grammar. I expressed my concerns to them about this and they never responded. So order the same thing again spoke with customer service 3 times to make sure would get the engraving right and paid for express shipping. After 2 weeks contacted them and was told they lost my package. So had to wait another month. Finally received the package and received some necklaces.........some ugly necklaces at that. I have the pictures would love to show you all. Also have all the transcripts of the live reps telling me lies. Now after 2 months no bracelets, no $ and no help still no help....stay away from this site a bunch of theives.
This company is horrible. I ordered something from here and paid for express delivery, but it was still over a week late. It toke them 3 days to respond to my email regarding the status. After explaining the urgency of the delivery date they didn't even care and sent me a link to track the package. They claim it was US Custom that was holding up the delivery even though the tracking system showed it was still in Germany. At this point the package was already late, so I emailed them several times over course of a week to cancel the package and return my money. They refused and continued to blame US Custom again, even though it spent more time in Germany than every where else. Furthermore, due to the Chinese New Years holiday their office was shut down and they probably didnt process the item until a week later. Needless to say, they refuse to cancel the order or refund my money. Moral of this story is NOT to do business with them, because their customer service sucks and they dont care about you.
Very Disappointed with product. In photo Lettering was bold and dark , it pictured black lettering on titanium steel . When i got rings i was very upset the rings are NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. THE INSIDE ENGRAVING WAS GOOD. THE ACTUAL SAYING ON THE OUTSIDE OF RING WAS SO BAD IT COULDNT BE SEEN WITHOUT HOLDING IT UP TO THE LIGHT AND SQUINTING MY EYES. ITS Terrible. I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE I PUT REVIEWS ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE Because a company shouldnt get away with showing a photo of a decent ring and using photography to enhance the item to make it appear larger n not disclosing that info in the photo. Scams . I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY IS EQUAL TO WHAT YOU WOULD GET FROM A GUMBALL MACHINE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I WISH I COULD PUT A PHOTO ON HERE TO SHOW YOU HOW CHEAP IT REALLY LOOKS.
After reading tons of negative reviews right after ordering my necklace I was a bit worried to say the least. But about a week later my absolutely perfect necklace came in. The engraving was well done, the chain that came with it seems stable enough and the pendent its self looks awesome. Better then what they advertised even! They weren't very good about answering questions through customer support but for the most part, the experience went better than expected. (I was not paid to write this) (:
I ordered a couples necklace and paid for rushed shipping. The item was returned and they said they reshipped it, than they said they didnt. That went on for 2 weeks. I finally got my package and it was horrible! I got a cheap, cheap bracelet and necklace, totally not what I ordered. Tried to reach out twice and they blow me off. Stay away!!!!!
This company provided me with the worst experience. I bought the sun shaped pendant and on the first day wearing it, not even 3 hours was it on my neck and it broke! I had to email the company 5 times or more with pictures included before I got a response! They didn't offer to fix it or replace it. They just stated I would have to buy a new one and pay shipping. The did not offer to repair, replace or exchange it. I emailed them some more and no response. They did not make an effort to make things right regarding their defective product and provided me with horrible customer service. Their products are cheaply made and the company does not stand behind them. I am NEVER going back to this company and you shouldn't waste your money with them either or you will end up completely disappointed if ever something is wrong with your jewelry.
We order couple rings from Gullei and we received it after two weeks despite it is mentioned that delivery should be 3-6 days on their website. honestly the product itself is lovely, but i didn't like the late response. I would use this website again, however, i would recommend any one might use it to expedite their order, and follow it up.
