Gumbies are Great

Prior to purchasing a pair of Gumbies I contacted their customer service. Their initial reply was prompt and extremely helpful. However, I decided that it was wisest to check on one or two relevant matters once again their response was swift and really useful. Immediately after receiving this information I placed an order. The shoes and spare pair of insoles that I purchased were exactly as anticipated and have proved extremely useful. The dispatch and delivery were likewise exactly as I'd hoped.

You will love these slippers!

I bought the Outback slippers for my husband for Christmas. He loved them so much I got a pair for myself. During football season his friend game over to watch a game and was so impressed with the slippers, we ordered a pair for him too! Comfortable, sturdy, great soles. We LOVE these slippers!

These are of good quality and warm

These are of good quality and warm. The soles are very stiff which is good of you have to dash outside but not so comfy curled up on the couch. I’d do 4.5 stars if that were an option.

I am very happy with my Gumbies

I am very happy with my Gumbies. As soon as they arrived and I slipped my feet in them, I was convinced these would be my go-to for house slippers from now on. Four stars instead of five for the weight. They are heavy for house slippers.

Cool selection of flip flops. I thought they are heavy but they are not. I love using them on walks, they are light and comfortable to use.

I emailed customer service 3 times…

I emailed customer service 3 times about returning my slippers for a smaller size and specifically asked why I had to pay return shipping. They just kept referring me to the site that said I was responsible for the cost to return. I spent $14 to return them I emailed again stating that was outrageous for a return and they said the site had incorrect information and finally refunded me the shipping cost.

Not at all what i expected or wanted

Not at all what i expected or wanted. The Gumbies are very riged and heavy and too wide for my foot. I was looking for a soft, flexible slipper. I will be returning them as soon as i figure out how to do it. Not very customer friendly.

Happy Feet

This is my third pair of slippers during the pandemic. I wanted a pair that would be comfortable on my tired feet from running and working out. These work great - warm, stylish and very comfortable.

Excellent fulfillment and customer service. My order arrived quickly, and when the slippers didn't fit, the exchange for a different size was fast, easy and free. The product is well-made with good materials. I have every reason to love the experience and recommend buying from this company. However, the slippers provide a bare-foot experience in terms of support and cushioning. This will be the preference for many people. But if you've got achy feet that need cushioning and support as I do, this may not be the right footwear for you.

Very nice and comfortable.Seem well made, but only time will tell how these hold up. I added sole inserts for added comfort and durability. As stated in many reviews, runs large...order a size smaller.

Great quality shoe and really wonderful people who are doing good things for our planet. They are well made and very comfortable.

The first pair of shoes I bought was in…November 2020.

The first pair of shoes I bought was in a shop, the toe loop (on one shoe only) broke after a year but I was still impressed with the shoes. The next three pairs I bought online, however I do not think that the EUROPE size (for example 48) is US size 15. I bought EUROPE 48 but have US size 12. You might want to check this out again.

Great Value and Comfort

I've had the slippers for 3 days now and I love them. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is just that I am not sure how they will fit/feel without socks. During the cold winter months I will always wear socks so they are perfect for that but as the weather gets warmer I will not be wearing socks and they aren't super soft. That being said I was was looking for slippers that didn't have the super soft fluff on the inside since that stuff always packs down and wears out with age. So on second thought I will be giving them 5 stars. Also the price... paying $100 for slippers is ridiculous so a $30 slipper that is comfortable is a great buy in my opinion.
