I purchased my first pair of Saguaro shoes, on recommendation from a friend. What fantastic advice. My feet stopped aching after an hour of wearing them. The client service provided has been GOLD! The online purchase experience was easy to understand, seamless and so efficient. I needed to exchange for a larger size, and this process was also hassle free, easy and efficient. At every point I was kept informed by courteous emails. I had my shoes within two weeks of order placement and then within two weeks when I exchanged. I received a refund for the cost of return postage - no hassles! The whole Saguaro experience has been professional. But the bonus is the shoes are FABULOUSLY comfortable and relieving. After a decade of aching feet and visits to expensive physios and orthotics, finally relief at a very competitive price. Give Saguaro a go, you'll be pleased you did.
The shoes I bought were different to what was shown I your web page (had shoe laces which were not openly shown in the photos). The shoes, in spite of being the right length, were tight on the sides, contrary to bare foot principles. When I tried to return them I had to send them to a warehouse in the US at a cost of 50% the price in the shoes. I obtained a return of 50% losing the other half entirely at my cost. You should not sell shoes on line to countries where devolution are at a high cost. I just disposed of the shoes.

These fit so comfortably! I have wide feet in probably a plateau shape or maybe slightly 'mountain' shaped. Usually my fourth toe is squashed in 'regular' shoes. Or I have to go up in a size that is too long for my other toes. This is my first pair of Saguaro shoes and they were great for just walking indoors and on pavements although I have only worn them one day so far. I got a bit sore in my arch but only because I am not used to wearing barefoot shoes and I need to strengthen my feet. I look forward to exercising in them.
The show is complete detached from the sole I’ve only worn them once and didn’t even realize that so disappointed
Shipping takes a long time but it is coming from another country. When I first got the shoes, they were to small. But exchanging them was very easy. They sent the larger size as soon the return was in the mail. So I didn't have to wait long. Very good customer service.
Ordering was easy, items arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciated the affordable option to add free return shipping so I could order 2 pairs and return the size that didn't fit. Return shipping was a bit slow but customer service was really helpful and helped me get the refund for the returned item after they hadn't arrived for a couple of weeks. I consider the shoes a good value for the price and I really like the look and feel when wearing.

the ankle top of the shoes are stretched so my foot falls inward. no support at all. Toe box, however, is great.

For what ever reason, the toebox is supposed to be wide, but they go right to the MTP joint just before the toe and then they bring the toe box back to narrow…. So there is pressure on the toe inward…. Poor design
