Always quality service from ordering to delivery. This time, I bought one pair of sports shoes and one pair of casual shoes. Very happy with both.

Pretty good shoes - would order again.
Overall really happy. Delivery took a little longer than I first expected, but I received the information on time and it arrived without extra delays. Product seems great - I'll admit I'm glad I got them for a discount price on sale because I'm unsure about durability, but that's more a reflection of the type of product rather than Saguaro's quality. Barefoot shoes are inherently a bit less durable, but I'm very impressed so far.
Easy to order
Easy to order : were slower to arrive than I had hoped, but they did arrive!!!
Terrible service
Terrible service. Never received the shoes, couldn’t contact the company to talk to a real person. Ended up having to get a refund. Will never buy online from this company again.

These guys are the most comfortable shoes ever. With the new thicker soles they can go just about anywhere. Best for balance for us older farts...
Great addition to my foot gear!
Product exactly as expected. As recommended I sized up for the rainboots. Had room for cozy socks and wore them for several cold days in mud and rain. My feet were snug and warm and dry - the boots did not slip around, they felt one with my feet.

The updates on delivery.
I love this brand of shoes.
My partner LOVES Saguaro shoes
My partner LOVES Saguaro shoes. She has different pairs for everyday use and for practicing Tai Chi. There was an issue with our last order (three new pairs of shoes!), which was quickly and easily resolved. We will definitely be ordering again. Great product, great company.
Comfort and quality
I find these shoes so much more comfortable than I ever expected. These are me first pair of barefoot shoes and my wife and kids will be getting a pair for sure. I walked 30kms in one day at the Oshkosh airshow in these! Not sore at all. Yes, I will be purchasing another pair yet.
Barefoot for life
Within hours after ordering I had to change my shoe size. It was easy and never an issue as the correct size arrived! Right away I received several emails with tracking info. This product arrived unexpectedly fast as I had ordered barefoot shoes from Alpine a few days before and my Saguaros arrived first. The quality of these shoes is superior for hiking. I currently own 9 pairs of barefoot shoes. My job requires me to stand, walk and move all day so that's all I wear. My feet need to bend, flex and work the way they're meant to, especially as I age. I love these shoes and I will surely be a repeat customer.
Great shoes; nervous about quality
I love the shoes. The cleaning instructions say that they can go in the washing machine, in a bag, on gentle, and that is one of the reasons I chose the shoes I did. I followed the instructions, and a layer of fabric tore from the inside sole of the shoes. It doesn’t really affect the function or look of the shoes, but it makes me nervous about washing them again.
Love the shoes
Love the shoes. They appear to be durable even though they are so slim and minimal. The service and check in with customers is also great.
All round good experience.
Quick delivery, quality product, easy to collect from delivery point. All good.
