Replacement Shoes
I initially ordered two pair of shoes and received them in about 30 days. I wasn’t pleased with the Comfort or the quality so I sent a note to Customer Service. They responded quickly and, Lorna, the agent was concerned and asked about the problem. I explained that the shoes did not meet the advertising and that I would send them back. She told me to keep them and pick out two more pair free of charge. I did so and received the new order within two weeks. I am very pleased with the replacement shoes and the caring service given by Lorna. Thank you.
So far so good. I find them pretty clunky going up & down stairs but they are comfortable & nice to walk in

Holes in the soles..manufacturer default no satisfaction
Well, after a sort of long wait time from china i got my comfofeet slip-on shoes. The fit was ok a little small but i was sure that they would stretch out(maybe order a size larger). Then i inspected the shoe closer and found that there was a manufacturer's defect(holes in the bottom of the soles on both shoes that went through to the inside of the shoe. If i would walk on wet pavement my socks and feet sould get wet? I contacted comfofeet.com they said that they would replace or refund my money for the shoes but .... for a full refund i would have to send them back on my own expense to overseas but if i did not want to go to the post office and pay for the shipping they would refund me only like $30.00 in stead of the over $77.00 i spent on them. Get this the shoes were defective and they would not refund my full amount or send me a new pair. I bought them through paypal and now paypal is contacting them so now i wait to see what happens. Customer service sucks. Try another shoe company! Just my opinion!
I bought two shoe's from them, after receiving them found shoes small size, the excellent customer service and their excellent response to resolve the problem was very fast . Thanks to Catherine for her quick response and solving the issue.

Customer service was out of this world.
Customer service was out of this world. Highly professional and knowledgeable.
The shoes I ordered did not fit well, so I requested an exchange for a larger size. Without any issues whatsoever, I received confirmation that the shoes would be shipped to me in a timely manner. But the ultimate surprise… I was gifted the original pair of shoes to keep to offset any inconvenience I may have experienced. If these shoes are half as good as they say they are, I will be a return customer for years to come.

Kudos to Maria and the company
I can't remember if I have already reviewed, but if so, they deserve a second review. I can not give this company, and especially Maria, enough kudos for how they handled my case. Even when I was late responding to them, Maria kept reminding me that the ball was in my court. This was 100% a positive experience; even when the problem was my fault, I ordered the wrong size.

I ordered 2 pair 2 years ago. Most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet. I reordered 4 pair a month ago but ordered the wrong size. Maria in customer service made my mistake so easy to fix. Thank you for the best shoes ever and one of the best service departments ever as well. Everyone asks about my shoes and I'm always telling them how great they are.
My husband has issues with this feet all the time. He was a bit leary about trying shoes we hadn’t heard anything about from friends and family. He has no feet pain no leg pain and absolutely happy with the Comofeet shoes. Thanks so much. Happy wife happy life

Shoe exchange
I ordered a pair of shoes based on my foot outline, but when they arrived I found they were too small. I contacted customer support to inquire about an exchange for a larger size.
Maria of Comfofeet contacted me. We considered options and with her help, the next larger size was sent to me without further cost. I was also allowed to keep the smaller shoes which I donated to a homeless shelter.
This was probably the best customer service experience I have had. The larger size fit better, and the shoes are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this company and shoe.
I ordered the wrong size and let the 30 days exchange period slip by. But I decided to see if I could still exchange them for the correct size. Lorna was great, I was able to exchange my shoes and only pay for shipping.
Size 13.5 fits just like it should… ordered twice and now getting different colors… these shoes were my daily shoes for months before they showed any wear and have lasted months since…

Excellent customer service!
Our customer service representative, Lorna, gave us exceptional care. The shoes we ordered did not fit. Lorna recommended a different style and advised us to look at the shoes he currently wears for EU sizing rather than the provided chart. The replacements were sent at no cost to us, and we did not have to return the original pairs. We have donated the original pairs to a local homeless shelter. Lorna was in touch with us the entire time, and responded quickly and professionally to every question we had. Would definitely order from this company again, and ask for Lorna!

Relatively easy to order my shoes and order confirmation was timely received. The feature provided to track the status of shipment, however, wasn't very useful because of the absence of getting accurate, timely updates. The overall delivery time was a big negative.
