The company has great customer service. I communicated with a representative named Lorna about returning a pair of shoes because the soles did not have enough cushion. I was told to keep the shoes and they are sending me another pair of ComfyWalk – Healthy and Supportive Walking Shoes at no charge.
I had an issue with sizing and width with my shoes, Nina with their customer service worked with me to exchange the shoes easily. I was expecting slow response and potentially no response and they were very prompt and helpful.
Delivery time is longer than I'd like but not unreasonable and communication is clear. Customer service was very good to exchange my size
Lorna, was awesome!!!!! I order a pair of Oxford Pro All-Day Comfort & Pain-Free Walking Shoes and unfortunately they did not fit me, too narrow in the toe-box. I emailed customer support per instructions for return and was amazed at the quick response from Lorna. She was extremely helpful and because of her I will be purchasing more shoes in the future. 5 Star experience mostly because of her!!!!!

I loved the service provided by Nina. The first pair of shoes didn't fit me and Nina followed up all the way until delivery with the 2nd pair. Nina managed to get me another pair that fit better. The shoes seem fine however the customer service is very difficult to deal with. Do NOT believe them when they say 30-day money back guarantee - they will only refund you 20% or you can mail them back to The Netherlands at your cost! Plus, they do not respond quickly - its obvious they do not want you to return them!
Horrible company! I ordered 2 pairs of size 12.5. They came in eur sizes. The were at least 3 sizes too big. They insisted that I got the size I ordered. Their only solution was that I pay to return them and pay to order 2 more. They would refund the cost minus the return cost after they received the wrong ones(if they think they are wrong) at the shipping location in China. I will never do business with this scam company!
Ordered the 4 pair bundle from ComfoFeet and the shoes came in too small. Was able to work with Nina to be able to get all 4 pairs exchange for a bigger size. Nina was very helpful and walked me through the steps of what was needed to find the right size. Now waiting for the new pairs to come in.
I usually am very reluctant to purchase anything sight unseen from a Facebook page. However, the comfofeet shoes struck me as an item worth investigating. I eventually ordered shoes, but through an error was sent the wrong size (by a wide margin). I was already angry and frustrated because I know how badly refund requests can go in the online marketplace. I have to say I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised by the very high level of service I received. I I dealt with a customer rep named Lorna, who is clearly superb at her job. She answered each question clearly and promptly and came up for the plan that I have to say was more than fair to compensate for the error. I would have no reservations at all dealing with this company again. I have long felt at customer service is a resource that is sadly disappearing from many retail and service industries. I have nothing but phrase for comfofeet and and especially for Lorna for trying to reverse this trend.
I had ordered two pair of the shoes. They came but where slightly to big. I email the company and they return quickly and stated they would send out the correct size to me and I could keep the others and give a friend. That is amazing. They are truly a customer company. I ordered two pairs of Comfofeet shoes. They arrived within the time frame quoted. They were too large, so my customer service rep Nina after I mentioned it on an email, after supplying my for next to the show arrived at what my actual size would be on their conversion scale and arranged to have two replacement pairs sent. Nina was prompt, extremely patient and professional to deal with. I look forward to receiving the correct size shoes when they are shipped.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for my husband. They arrived (although it did take a considerable amount of time) and were too big. After sending pics of the shoes and my husband’s foot it was clear that they definitely were too big. Lorna (their rep) was very kind and we emailed several times back and forth and arranged 4 new pairs to be sent. When all was said and done Lorna was my hero! My husband loves his shoes!
