About six months ago, I purchased three pairs of Ultra Comfy shoes. I needed to exchange them for a smaller size. Your customer service was fantastic in helping make the exchange and I love wearing those shoes. Last week I ordered two pair of the Comfort Stride shoes. This time I needed to exchange for a larger size (my mistake) and, again, the customer service has been amazing. Maria responded quickly and stayed in touch to help me through the process.
Always a bit leery about ordering from a website, but this company, ComfoFeet, proved to be a true exception. The shoes arrived in a reasonable amount of time; however, I found them to be slightly too large. I contacted customer support and worked with Nina, who was wonderful throughout the process. She was empathetic, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Communication was fast and thorough from start to finish. You really can’t ask for more than that! I'll definitely be back to purchase again.
