The product arrived as expected and is attractive
The product arrived as expected and is as described. The shoes are attractive and seem to be comfortable but I will unfortunately need to withhold my final judgment regarding comfort since I have had to return the shoes for a larger size. The return process is more accommodating than many vendors I have had to work with recently and is what I would expect for a online shoe provider.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! One of the laces broke after 8 weeks, and they refuse to provide any assistance! They aren't a lace you could just purchase at a regular store.
Good exchange experience
Needed to exchange a pair that was ordered too large and Nina has been very helpful. Looking forward to trying the correct size.

The ultimate endorsement? I've given away my Hokas to make room in my closet for ComfoFeet. The shoes I received didn't fit me
The shoes I received didn't fit me. I sent a email explaining my situation. I was contacted by a wonderful support representative named Nina and as they say the rest is history. She explained the process and was very helpful in assisting me with all of my needs and concerns. Even though we had to correspond back and forth numerous times, she never made me feel unappreciated or like I was a bother to her. Thanks again Nina!! When the shoes finally arrived and…
When the shoes finally arrived and tried them on , no support and feet moves all around in the shoes. The additional sole inserts were a inch smaller than the shoe size. I, to say the least was very disappointed. I immediately contacted the company for a full refund. Nina in customer support contacted me, very apologetic and offered an exchange first at no additional charge and do not have to return the original. I was hesitant at first but it does save the hassle and shipping expense to pack them up and send back. Nina worked to make sure I selected the different shoe I wanted and recommended a size based on pictures I sent that was requested along with additional information. Now it's a wait and see until the replacement arrives. Shout out to Nina for her diligence and work.

Shoes are flimsy
Shoes are made of flimsy polyester and offer no support whatsoever, plus they arrived in the wrong size, then I learned I can’t return them unless I was willing to send them back to NORWAY on your own nickel. I got a 20% refund and threw them in the garbage because they aren’t even good enough to give to charity.

Nina, from customer service, made the experience great! My initial shoe order were a size too big. Nina got me through the return and kept communications open throughout the exchange process. Any shipping updates were quickly relayed to me. My two new pairs arrived just as she indicated, no questions, no delays, or issues, just great service from start to finish. I wish all vendors were this efficient with their customers. I would recommend this company to all customers.

The Shoes are an Excellent Buy and the Customer Service is Great!
I really like the look of the shoes. They are lightweight and comfortable as well. Only issue is they run a little small. I contacted their customer service department, and Nina A. responded within a day. She had me take a picture of the shoes with my feet next to them. She responded promptly, suggesting a wider shoe, but also wanted to know my preference. As I really like the look, construction and comfort of the shoe, I requested a half size larger. An immediate response was received, "granting" my request. They are sending the replacements. That is what I call great and responsive customer service! So unusual these days. Do NOT buy shoes from Comfofeet! They are very poor quality. They cost me $130 and the add says that they can be returned for a full refund. The add doesn't tell you that you are responsible for the shipping... to the Netherlands! It cost me $70 for that! Don't waste your time and money!
