In an effort to exchange two pair of shoes, a customer service rep (Joy) sent me an email with instructions that included measuring and recording the size of my feet a tape measure with metric measurements. Doing this and comparing the size information with the company's size charts, I realized I ordered the incorrect size. In did my normal US size and should have ordered the equivalent of the next larger size. Joy's email made the process of exchanging the shoes for a better and correct size easier.
Having received a pair of these shoes I wore them around my house for a few weeks increasing the amount of time to get used to them. I found them to be very comfortable. They helped my evening discomfort and burning. Once I wore them outside I discovered the support was not quite what I expected. Lorna was quite helpful in getting a different size and style replacement pair for me. I am eagerly waiting them to arrive so that I can resume a normal life!

Comfofeet has one of the most outstanding customer service agents in Nina that I have ever had the privilege and pleasure to communicate with. She ensured that I was completely satisfied with the Comfofeet shoes and guided me in the selection to provide the support and fit I need. She also tracked my order and kept me informed of the progress. She went well above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced. Because of Nina, I will be ordering another pair of their shoes.
Thanks to Nina, I was able to arrange a different size after my originals arrived that were unfortunately too large. So far, the process has been efficient and I eagerly await for my replacements. 😋
This review is focused on Customer Service at Comfofeet. My interactions with Customer Service and Agent Loma were all via Email, although I also received “system” texts and messages regarding order progress and upcoming delivery. Loma was always professional in her language and in her handling of my order. Turns out the shoes I ordered were a bit tight. I wanted to return them for a refund, but Loma convinced me to simply replace the original order with a new order for a larger size, and a different style if I wanted. They arrived promptly and fit! One thing to point out. I don’t know where Loma is located. I was surprised to see fresh messages arriving near Midnight clueing me into the fact that she wasn’t stateside (USA), not that there’s anything wrong with that! BTW I was allowed to keep the original order which I donated to a homeless shelter as returning them would prove to be a hassle. So the interaction was “win-win.” Thank you Loma.
THESE SHOES ARE GREAT. Extremely light weight, well balanced, they don't feel awkward when you walk. They are better than other shoes I have that are much more expensive. PLUS they are stylish!
The shoes were substandard. The uppers were a stretch fabric, and the soles offered little support. Though they were advertised as ideal for wide feet, they were constrained and narrow. But my principal complaint is the service. It took nearly three weeks to receive the shoes. When I contacted comfofeet to make a return, they informed me that I would have to pay the shipping charges to have them shipped back to the Netherlands. The international shipping charges would be half the cost of the shoes. They then offered me a 25% refund without having to ship the shoes back. It is clear that they make a profit on the shoes even with a 25% refund. My assessment is that they not only have a poor product, but are also unethical.

Wore a pair in Portugal and walked continuously around various sites. No problems and very comfortable.
Received shoes that were too narrow for my wide foot. Size was correct. Contacted ComfoFeet via email. A wonderful, knowledgeable and empathetic person named Joy responded. Joy replaced the shoes with the same size with shoes that accommodated my wide feet. Strongly recommend their shoes. They are very comfortable.
Bought 2 pairs but ankle portion was too narrow. Spoke to Maria and several options were discussed. I opted to get a smaller size to fit my son. Maria coordinated the exchange and provided a future discount. Also told me I could keep the pair and pass it on. Which I did to my coworker's son, he's loving it!
The shoes might be OK, but the sizing is not good. They run small. The shoes took weeks to be delivered; with no size on the inside or on the soles, and no box, so you're not sure what you are getting if you have to exchange them. They discourage returns and only after 3 attempts did I get a 30% offer back, unless you try to negotiate and maybe get 50% back at best. To actually return the shoes and get a full refund, they have to be shipped to the Netherlands at a shipping expense to you for more that 3 times the price of the shoe.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and found the sizing categories confusing. The shoes sent were too small . I contacted your office regarding this and Nina has been very helpful during a number of email exchanges to sort out an exchange for correct sizes for me. The shoes I ordered are extremely well made a look very nice with jeans or my dress pants. I had a little glitch with my size but Maria in customer service was very helpful and nice throughout the process. My son liked them so much he wants to order a few pairs. I would highly recommend these shoes to everyone!
