So happy with my new shoes
So happy with my new shoes. They are indeed very comfortable to wear. Joy was so helpful to replace one pair, free of charge, when I got sent the wrong size of one of the pairs I ordered. My white pair are getting so used and grubby from wearing them all day that I am now going to order another pair!

I would say the only complaint I can state was the length of time that it took for my shoes to arrive. I had an issue between the fit of the 2 different shoes I purchased . I contacted Customer Service (Maia) and I was amazed at how quickly she dealt with my problem. With our asking for a replacement pair Maria made it happen. I had low expectations but they exceeded all expectations. Keep up the great work Maria! Gary G

Treat their customers like family
Lorna went above and beyond to ensure that I received the correct size. I ordered my original size that I wear and it was too big. She had them send me another pair at a smaller size and kept emailing me with updates until my shoes arrived. Lorna really gave me some 5 Star treatment. I really want to thank her for her outstanding service and the company should really appreciate having her on board.
Comfofeet shoes are wonderful
Comfofeet shoes are wonderful. They are light and stretch just enough when my feet swell. The second order I placed arrived a they were too big. Nina with customer service was excellent and walked me through figuring out the proper size and exchanging my order.

The shoes fit well (size 13) and I also ordered the insoles. The insoles indicate they are size 13 as well, but do not go to the toe of the shoe. I continually feel the end of the insoles on the bottom of my feet, just before my toes. Nice wide toe box and they are comfortable. However, after completing so much research and searching for the "perfect shoes" to help with my back, neck, leg and heel conditions, I cannot say they are "exactly" what I need. Again, the shoes are comfortable and help to a certain degree, but I still experience discomfort after a few hours, plus the size of the insoles is frustrating.
Poor refund policy making customer return to a foreign country

I love these shoes
I love these shoes. They fit my style very well. I bought four pairs to go with almost any outfit. Lorna did an excellent job helping me exchange for the extra wide toebox shoes. She was great.
Great so far
So far, I like the shoes. They fit my wide, flat feet, accept my existing orthotics, and are light weight (especially compared to the hiking shoes have been wearing for the support). I'm trying them to see how I like the flatter shoes with more direct contact to see if they help my balance. The elastic laces are ok for now, if they weaken, I may use regular laces. I'm also interested in how long the lighter weight shoes will hold up.

I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived they did not fit as I had hoped. I fully understood the return policy of me paying for the shipping, I received information to send them back to an address in the Netherlands. This had not been disclosed in the return policy statement. If I had I might have made another choice about my purchase. They offered me a 20% refund and the option to keep the shoes. I do not feel this is satisfactory choice. I see this practice as misleading.

At first I did not like the shoes I received--they were too big-I had read somewhere that I should order these particular shoes a little bigger--so I ordered 12.5 instead of 12. Without shoelaces to tie, they simply flopped on my feet. I complained and I was so surprised at the attention I got from Lorna--she immediately addressed the problem and is sending me size 12 shoes as we speak at no charge--exemplary customer service--the shoes have not come yet and I will review again when I get them

So far the shoes surprised me on how comfortable they were. Easy to put on because of how the elasticity of the soft material. I ordered 4 more pairs and I’m not a shoe hoarder at all.
