I love the GymReapers brand

I love the GymReapers brand. I've been buying since the beginning of the year and it's really changed my life. The brand how I feel in it. How it fits and really how it helped me progressed in my active life. There's never a day. I don't think I could use anything else other than GymReapers. I do feel like their quality can beat Lululemon and Nike at times. On a side note my first purchase was grip links and a backpack. From there I was just hooked. Special shout out to Jazzy Jenn for helping me through their customer service chat. Bryant Bruzzos, Mollee Pocha, Emma Robinson from TikTok Shop Live Team keeping it real showing us customers what we want and what we need in the gym! Y'all truly are putting in that work!

I really wanted to love Gymreapers

I really wanted to love Gymreapers, which honestly makes this review disappointing for me to write. The products themselves are actually very good quality, and that’s what makes this experience frustrating — because I genuinely liked the brand and was excited to become a repeat customer. However, my experience with the return process and pricing left a very negative impression. I placed my order on May 21st, and only a few hours later the exact same items went on Memorial Day sale. The tank packs I purchased for $38 dropped to around $30.40 almost immediately. While I was disappointed, I chose not to complain because I understood promotions happen and sometimes timing is just unlucky. What really changed my perception of the company was the return policy. I ordered multiple sizes simply to make sure I found the correct fit before committing to future purchases. Unfortunately, I later discovered that Gymreapers charges separate return shipping fees for separate orders, even when the items could easily be shipped back together in one package. As a first-time customer, that felt extremely discouraging and not very customer-friendly. Again, the frustrating part is that I actually liked the products and wanted to continue buying from the brand. But the overall experience with the pricing timing and return process unfortunately left me very disappointed. I hope Gymreapers can reconsider parts of this policy in the future, because I truly believe the brand has potential to provide a much better customer experience.

They resulted me in getting a 100 usd bill from fedex

I ordered 2 lifting straps, the delivery was slow but that’s not the main issue. 1 week after recieving the package i got a letter from fedex. They gave me a 770dkk bill from the . I contacted fedex and they said, gymreaper had made the mistake of telling the tax service that my payment was in usd and not dkk. So the tax bill was alot bigger then expected, i ended up paying 1500dkk in total with the straps only costing 360dkk

I liked that if there is any problem…

I liked that if there is any problem with the delivery, they resolve it quickly-they don’t take days to respond like other online shopping sities.

Great Knee Sleeves Backed by Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased two pairs of Gymreapers Knee Sleeves and overall I’ve been very impressed with both the product performance and the customer support team. The sleeves themselves provide excellent support and stability during heavy leg training sessions, especially for squats and other compound movements. They feel secure, comfortable, and high quality when worn correctly. I did experience an issue with one sleeve developing a tear after limited use, however the way the Gymreapers support team handled the situation was outstanding. Their response was quick, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They honoured the warranty without hassle and arranged a replacement promptly. Special thanks to Will from customer service for the excellent communication and support. It’s always reassuring when a company stands behind its products and takes care of customers properly. Because of that experience, I’d definitely feel confident purchasing from Gymreapers again in the future.

I’ve been looking for gear that…

I’ve been looking for gear that actually holds up to heavy lifting, and Gymreapers absolutely delivers. Even just looking at their specs and seeing the 10MM lever belts or knee sleeves in action, it’s obvious they use premium, heavy-duty material built to last. The customer service seems top-notch too, which is rare these days. If you want gear that looks professional, feels sturdy, and helps you push for a new PR, these guys are the real deal. Solid 5-star brand for anyone taking their training seriously!

Overall support

Overall, this brand is excellent from the products themselves to the support they provide. I’ve been a buyer for a few years, and recently purchased their axis bodysuit. When I had tried it on, one of the seams had ripped and I had already taken the tags off. But, through email support they sent a replacement, despite not initially being eligible through their website site. I cannot recommend them enough!

I recently ordered one of their DNA T’s. Absolutely loved the shirt, the quality of the material, how it fit, the whole nine. However, I noticed one of the threads on the shirt must’ve gotten snagged on something. I was hesitant to even mention anything because I didn’t anticipate receiving quality customer service for such a small issue, but I could not have been more wrong. Their team was very responsive, incredibly nice, and sent me a new shirt right away. These guys rock. Will be buying more shirts from them 100%
