Ordered beginning of Dec and it's 2nd Feb no sign of pre workout wouldnt recommend this company at all.... sent so many emails first they answered but now they just ignore DONT WASIT YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY AS IM OUT OF POCKET BY 48 QUID!!!!!!!ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

We don’t sell pre-workout supplements, and we’re not able to find any order or support history that matches what you’ve described. Because of that, it sounds like you may be trying to reach a different business with a similar name. They're absolutely amazing!
My 14 year old is 6'3" and 284lbs of pure MUSCLE!!! He power lifts and his all time favorite products are Gymreapers! From his chalk down all the way to his belt, he absolutely LOVES their products!! I recently made an online order and Auto-fill used the wrong address, and within the same day they corrected the issue! As long as my son is powerlifting they have loyal customers out of us!!

Incredible company! From the products to the people and the service, they simply don't miss! I've purchased GR through their app, Amazon and TikTok shop...quality of products is great, everything holds up perfectly through countless gym sessions. Had a recent order experiencing shipping delays and customer service team was exceptional, responsive and assisted with care and respect. Customer service is extremely important when determining if I revisit a brand for future purchases and I can say based on my experiences, I'll definitely be returning.

For the last year I’ve used gym reaper products and I absolutely love them!! I recently bought some gym clothes for my girlfriend through TIK tok because they are having a massive sale and there was a problem with my order, I emailed them for help and they were quick to respond and Will was very helpful and polite he made it so easy and explained everything and helped me with my order issue!! Seriously they are the best! HOOK UP THE BOY WILL WITH A RAISE HE DESERVES IT
Excellent Customer Service
The Training Shorts are amazing! I now have 6 pairs and wear them daily. Customer service is also top notch. I had a couple minor issues and Jazzy Jenn helped me on two different occasions. She was prompt and professional, getting replacements sent to me within minutes. I wish all live chat agents were like that at every company! 10/10 would recommend
I absolutely LOVE my Gymreaper…
I absolutely LOVE my Gymreaper leggings. I love how they fit, how they look on me, and how they feel. I have recently sized up due to gains 🍑 💪🏻 and didn’t realize I didn’t change my size til after I ordered, I reached out to see if I could change the size and the customer service rep, “Wildin’ Out Will” got back to me almost immediately and helped me get everything changed to my proper size. Will continue to order my gym clothing from them 🖤 thank you again!
My GO TO GYM WEAR COMPANY
After spending a LOT of money on other gym clothing from a different company, I am VERY impressed with the quality and fit of Gymreapers. Especially the heavy weight joggers (BEST SWEATS EVER). Gymreapers is my new goto gym wear company!!!
Fantastic customer service
The customer service team at GR was incredible. I bought a set of one sleeves on Amazon from GR and when they ripped it reached out to customer service. Instead of making me go through the long process of working with Amazon they instead sent me a gift card to order a new pair. 10/10 will buy more from GR.

Simply The Best Customer Service!
We have a few items of the Olympia’ clothing and couldn’t be happier with the quality, it really is fantastic! Living in the UK we have no problem paying the import taxes as the apparel is so good. What sets Gym Reapers apart is the customer service goes above and beyond. We recently ordered another Olympia varsity jacket, which on delivery, had a fault with one of the fastenings. After a couple of emails, the issue was resolved beyond satisfaction with a new item posted immediately. Thank you so much!!

Ran into an error when initially ordering and contacted the gym reapers team, within the hour they replied, assisted me and corrected my order so I could get the correct knee sleeves. First time ever rocking knee sleeves and sunk my squat reps. Definitely keeping, great company, great customer service, great products. Will recommend to my clients for sure. Thanks again!
