My FB personal account got hacked and I think was a particularly tough case. It took a month and several zoom calls. I had given up but then the Attorney General's office for MN contacted FB and that is what got the ball rolling. It was Aaron who helped me file a complaint with them. My FB was hacked in July and they put a 2 factor authentication on my account. I spent WAY to much time watching endless YouTube videos, reading a plethora of articles with solutions to no avail. FB has zero point of contact so regardless of sending selfies, my drivers license, passport, voter id, I was stuck in the loop of duo. It seemed nearly impossible to regain access and I couldn't bear losing 10+ years of memories, pictures, posts, friends, etc. It was an awful feeling and I couldn't give up. Assumed I had reached that point until someone posted about Hacked. I figured it was well worth the investment if it was a last ditch effort and possible solution. First, my first meeting with Aaron was great! He was so kind, put me at ease and offered solutions in ways I'd never have pursued on my own. He said it could take time (2-8 weeks) and on week 7, I regained access! Afterwards, we had a Zoom meeting to secure my account, wish I had done that prior, and I now feel safe and protected. I can't recommend Hacked more, specifically Aaron, if you are ever in this predicament. Do not give up on your recovery process like many people claim is the only be all end all. Hire hacked! You'll be thankful you did.

I had my account hacked - they took around £4k on my ads manager in 12 hours, and then I was locked out of my personal account. It was a real nightmare. You have a smoke detector, which might be a pain, but it's better than fighting the fire. In that same spirit, I recommend hacked.com wholeheartedly. Last year, I was hacked on Facebook and hired Greg Franklin to come to the rescue. It took time but he was brilliant and compassionate in equal measure. I now have a subscription, less than $100 annually, for protection. Last night I read a piece of spam with some personal details, extoring money. I wrote to Greg and hacked.com, and this morning got a kind reply: what to do, what not to do, and with a detailed explanation that I wasn't the only target. I cannot tell you how consoling this is. After 4 months of paying them, they told me nothing they can do
My husband, Brandon, has a business account that we advertise with on Facebook with over 300k followers. The people at hacked.com assured me they had a great success rate for business accounts. They charge you $100 everytime they talk to you, it is NOT a one time fee or flat charge to help. They have zero internal connects at facebook, you are able of doing everything yourself that they do. They submitted the claim wrong and did not ask for the hacker to be removed from business manager so we did get the page back for maybe 1 hour but the hacker kicked us back out. Now that its been 4 months, and thousands spent to them, they told me today just to try submitting on my own and that is it. Total waste of money.
