20+ Years of Memories Recovered — Worth Every Penny!
I cannot recommend Aaron and the team at Hacked.com highly enough.
After my Facebook account was compromised, I spent weeks exhausting every recovery option available through Meta. According to the security information available to me, individuals located in Vietnam gained control of my account through Meta's account recovery process. By the time I woke up, I had completely lost access to my Facebook account and connected social media.
The hackers changed all of my contact and recovery information, removed my trusted devices, and Facebook no longer recognized the devices I had used for years. Scam posts were published under my name, and I genuinely believed I had lost more than 20 years of personal memories, business history, and client relationships.
Aaron was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He guided me through every step, helped document the evidence, and prepared and filed a small claims action against Meta after every other avenue had failed. Once the claim was filed and Meta was served, my case finally received the attention it deserved, and before the scheduled hearing my account was successfully recovered.
I also think it's important to set realistic expectations. This isn't an overnight process—it takes time, patience, and persistence. However, if you're fighting to recover decades of personal memories, business connections, and irreplaceable data, the investment of both time and money is absolutely worth it.
The service, including the legal filing fees, cost me about $1,000. While that may seem like a significant investment, recovering more than 20 years of irreplaceable memories, personal history, business connections, and client relationships was worth every penny to me.

Great experience with Hacked.com
From nowhere I found myself suddenly locked out of my FB account. Despite using some of the online "tools" FB provides to assist, NOTHING was working. There is no customer service number to call for personal FB accounts. Thus, I did a Google search stating my problem and right on the first page of the search was Hacked.com. After some investigation of their webpage, I made a call to further inquire on the services they provided and determined booking a 50 minute Zoom Security Coinsultation. I met with Aaron Weaver and within about 20 miinutes I was back in. Fake company selling snake oil
This is a fraudulent operation selling empty promises. They claim to be cybersecurity “experts,” but their actual skills barely go beyond basic password recovery and simple social media access. This company sells snake oil, not real cybersecurity.
Fooled my friend out of money who though these people were legit . The founder Jonas is a money grabber who will go over dead bodies for an extra $. Disgusting

Got absolutely hammered by a hacker…
Got absolutely hammered by a hacker recently. Completely locked out of my Facebook account and associated pages. Even had issues with my linked Instagram. I searched online for options, tried my best, but no luck. I was referred to a pretty sketchy-looking Instagram account, and was told they could get me back in for $3,500. They had no posts, and I said, "No thanks." Eventually, I found Christian at Hacked.com. We had our initial call, and I decided to try step 1. Unfortunately, the hacker was really aggressive, and even though we got back in for a second, I was quickly kicked out again. But during our Zoom, I appreciated Christian's transparency and skill. I asked hard questions and he was really candid. Eventually, I booked another round and we were able to gain access, secure the account, and get back without any harm. Christian helped me secure my personal Facebook, all my pages and my Instagram accounts. He was awesome, and the total cost, which includes a year of support should anything happen again, was less than 1/5th of what the sketchy Instagram guy quoted.
I'm delighted with my outcome and can't plug Christian enough. He's a great guy, super clear in his instructions (important, because sometimes you're moving fast to stay ahead of the bad guys), and very patient and informative. If you get hacked, hire this group... you'll be glad you did!

Hiring Hacked.com was the best and only decision that I could have made toward the successful restoration of my Facebook account. It took 6 months to recover my Facebook account, and numerous avenues of access to META had to be attempted.

Christian was a great listener and validated my experiences and concerns in our initial consult. On our first call to work on recovery, he walked me through everything clearly, with step-by-step instructions. He explained things when I had questions. If you need to get your account back, they can do it! The negative: the $40 consult is worth nothing. All this amounted to was a charge to set the appointment where I was actually helped. The positive: Other that that, the pricing was straightforward and I felt the appointment time was used efficiently. Hacked.com is the real thing. My Facebook account was hacked last year, and Hacked.com came to the rescue. In one day they navigated through the problems, found the hacker and removed them, and returned my account to me. I am so grateful for their help, done so with a reasonable cost. They are professional scammers, by professional I mean they are great thieves these reviews must be by themselves to lure you. Use them at your own risk. They cannot hack anything. $750 stolen I cannot believe I was this gullible!
