Getting hacked with so many of my accounts was scary and then trusting someone to go into them to fix it was scary. Christian was AMAZING. Not only did he set my mind at ease, but he fixed all my accounts, kicked the hackers out AND taught me how to better protect myself from it happening again. He was professional, kind, understanding and very personable. While I hope to never need hacked.com again, I would recommend them without hesitation!
A co-worker set up a meeting with Aaron and asked me to be there to help, I’m there It tech. I had doubts at first but Aaron was very helpful and kept trying different things with us until one finally worked. He was nice, patient, and respectful. I would definitely recommend him and or this service for anyone having issues accessing there Facebook after being hacked.

Aaron guided us through the steps to recover my mom's Facebook account after it had gotten hacked. The hacker used her business ad account to run $2k of fake ads. On our initial call we made no progress, but we had a second call 3 weeks later and Aaron ensured the hackers were removed from her ad account, and then walked us through the steps of securing her account.
