The Milk Frother did not work once. HadinEEon Ltd has been very slow in it's response. I don't know if I'm stuck with the broken unit. I do NOT RECOMMEND doing any business with this company!!!!

I love my milk frother, now I can easily have cappuccino. I like the style of it so can leave it on the counter, and especially like the handle. It is very easy to use. I would like the milk a little hotter but compensate with hot water before adding milk. I would recommend this product.
I bought the HadinEEon 2 speed large coffee grinder. I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!! I bought this grinder with the intent to grind freeze dried foods. It is perfect. It doesn’t heat the food and is so easy to clean. I give it a huge 10!!!!
Will be returning. It makes wonderful froth, but does not heat the milk well enough.

Regarding the heating issue, this milk frother can heat milk up to 60℃±5℃（131℉-149℉), which is the optimal temperature. Also, the nutritional ingredients will not be destroyed at that temperature.

No big deal, I ordered directly from website versus Amazon. No USPS Priority shipping notice was received so I contacted customer support via phone. I was told to email for immediate response. I did not receive immediate response. Finally received an apology with a mention of first shipment being lost and replacement is (still) on the way.
That said, while waiting I ordered the 500 watt model from Amazon which came in one day and I absolutely love it!!

1st class, Wow, what a service! Ordered on Monday, received the frother in RED on Wednesday! Easy to operate, love that the frother devise is attached to the lid, heats up the milk fast, and the milk is solid and thick even with 2% milk! Love the extra cleaning devise that comes with it, very smart! Like the auto shut off function as well. All together First Class!
Great look, froths' milk to a fluffy status, more so than my old one. Only problem the motor froze up after 2 weeks of use and I have to send it back. :-(
Maybe I just got a "lemon" will try one more time.
