Strong motor that grinds beans evenly
Strong motor that grinds beans evenly. I did accidentally leave the little brush they provide and it ground that completely up too! A step up from the other basic grinders.
No customer support available
I purchased a hadinEEon kettle and after year and half I started having problems, it will turn on for boiling and stops immediately won’t boil the water, seems the heating base is no longer working. I have try sending email to support and receive a message back stating that the email for support is no longer working. So there’s no customer service or support available to talk to or to replace the part I need. Do not purchase any HadinEEon products.

No customer support. Coffee grinder broke and no way to contact Hadineeon. All the references for them are no longer valid. Tried Hadineeon.net and Hadineeon.com and email to support @ the .com and .net and not any good.
This is our second HadinEEon frother
This is our second HadinEEon frother. We used the first one to death making about 10 lattes a day for four years. It makes the best hot or cold froth; almost marshmellow consistancy!

DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS!!! Read more below. I purchased the HadinEEon DE-1733 Electric Kettle a year ago. However, I have actually only used it for 6 months. The metal base has just failed with weep holes allowing water to leak out of the base into the electrical connection area under the base. Luckily I did not get shocked. The metal used for the appliance is not high quality. The screws used to hold the metal lid onto the unit were not stainless and rusted after a short time. I replaced these screws with stainless and solved that issue. I should have anticipated further problems with the base metal of the pot. The unit actually worked well until its total leak failure. To repair would not be practical as the metal base of the unit would need to be removed and replaced with new. Basically easier and less costly to simply throw away and get a new one. I would anticipate after less than a year of use, the new unit would be fail also. I contacted HadinEEon about the initial rusting problem. They stated I had "bad" water that was causing the problem. Most of us don't have a choice of our water. I have well water and live in Alaska. My water is fine except for some extra mineral content. Much better than most city water commonly available to most of us. In any case, I also filter my water for drinking. Don't buy. Hazardous product. I would not recommend. Poor customer support experience. Note: I purchased this on Amazon. For some reason the product is not longer available on Amazon.

I received a Coffee Grinder in February, use it twice and now it stop working. Many times I have tried to contact this company. Tried emailing them with their contact information but their email is not a working email. I agree with everyone who has commented on this post. Do not buy their products! I all so believe they are scammers. Please everyone stay away from their products.

Scammers, avoid at all costs!
Scammers. I bought a kettle from Walmart. It stopped working after a year. I contacted them because it was supposed to have a 3 year warranty. They told me because it was from Walmart it only had a 6 mth warranty. That was not stated anywhere. They are complete liars and thieves. Do not do business with!!!

When the device is working I and my family absolutely love it. But it stops working way to frequently. I try all of the steps recommended to restart it and some times it works but the last time could not get it to operate properly again.
They're scammers. Period.
It's a scam company. They released a ton of defective products on Amazon (such as high end tea kettls, frothers, etc...), sold them all, and then they abandoned their account. You cannot find a HadinEEon product on Amazon anymore b/c Amazon banned them for scamming. That means NONE of their 3-year-warranties are being honored. Emailing the company results in them first asking you for your order number. Then they'll tell you they can't find it so they ask for a copy of the receipt. Then when you provide that they tell you to contact Amazon for your warranty (which, by the way, won't work because Amazon banned them, most likely for this very reason). Upon emailing them again and asking for a refurn or replacement, they just ignore your emails. Last email I sent was a week ago and still haven't heard back. I sent yet another one but I'm betting it goes unresponded. This is 100% a scam company and they love to run bait and switches. I can't help but wonder how many of the other reviews on here are paid-for reviews or people coerced into leaving good reviews for a $5 gift card. Way to sell out your fellow consumers. I'm trying to warn everyone: Do not buy any products associated with HadinEEon or any products that look like a HadinEEon product!!! They're made with sub-par parts and the warranty is completely bunk and worthless. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!
