Atrocious company - avoid, avoid, avoid
This company was originally responsive and answered my queries on how to order. They told me exactly what to write in the comments section of their order form to get the colour belt I wanted. I wrote exactly what they told me to write on the order form. I received the belt on 30th August...they had sent the wrong colour. I emailed their support email on 30th August but did not receive a reply. So I emailed them again this morning (3rd August) and have still not received a reply. I asked how I returned the incorrect belt and for the correct item to be sent to me. No reply. I also never received a reply when querying how i could action the 10% discount code when they had not sent me it yet, despite me signing up to receive it. So now I have paid 10% more for an item I did not want as it's the wrong colour, and can not return it. The item was USD 155.00 so not exactly cheap. Atrocious company. Appalling customer service.
