In general, the app on my phone is very easy to use to look up information, and also to pay my premiums. I've had to file a few claims, one for a car accident and another for roof damage. In both cases, the adjusters were great. Very good communication, easy to deal with, etc. So far, they've been a great company to work with.

I have my home and cars with them! They take care of claims quickly and are always friendly and helpful! Rates are competitive for similar coverage! Easy to deal with! No complaints!
Minor change made easy
Had to make a few minor changes recently. My agent was awesome and it was done in a flash. Hanover followed up with the paperwork. All very easy and unstressful, just as you like it to be.

Our agent Ka'Lar Hill was very helpful explaining our claim for water damage. She went line by line walking us through the process. She was able to answer all our questions in detail. We felt it was an excellent response.
