I had a last-minute order and needed a mini bouquet and plushie delivered before 5:00 PM the same day. Khairul made the entire experience so smooth and stress-free. I was struggling to choose the right plushie for my sister’s birthday, and he patiently sent me actual photos so I could see the true colors and sizes. The final gift was absolutely perfect. The Luna plushie and sunflower bouquet complemented each other beautifully and matched the heartfelt message on the card so well. Thank you so much, Khairul, for going the extra mile. Your kindness, patience, and wonderful service made my sister’s birthday even more special. You truly made our day.

I was sending flowers and was unfamiliar with the address. I’m grateful to Shakila for her patience and willingness to try to figure out a way to deliver within the time frame.
