When paying, it is quite deceptive. It says $1 but in all reality you are purchasing a package deal that will charge you $31. I dealt with this and when I contacted support via the website they helped immediately and issued a refund, which I received within minutes. Contains nearly any record you may need. so you are still getting what you paid for nevertheless.
Your representative answered my questions in a good time frame and canceled my account quickly. GREAT customer service.
