Site was a little shady charging me more than what I expected with no clear explanation of charges. However sales rep was really helpful and got my account closed quickly so I would not incur further charges.

I searched for a single phone number for $1.00 but was charged $31.00

I searched for a single phone number. The screen said it would charge me $1.00. However it changed me $31.00 from my card. When I contacted support, the rep said that the $30.00 extra was for full report. No where on the screen before my purchase did it state anything else but $1.00. It's misrepresenting the cost as a surprise that people don't realize unless they check thier charge immediately from the bank. The rep continued to say that they would cancel my service but not refund until I firmly stated it was a clear representation to the end user. At that point they said they would refund me $30.00. I hope the refund comes through as i will take legal action of not.

I saw monthly charges for the account in which i thought it was a one-time fee. I chatted with customer service - Sharon- and she assisted me very quickly and was very helpful. I was able to close my account and get a refund. Thank you so much!

I was able to get a refund for the charge that was never advertised to me. But the fact remains that I should never have been charged that amount without being told in advance. And I might not have noticed the charge at all if I hadn't been browsing my online banking data.
