I liaised with Khairul from customer service, who was incredibly helpful in coordinating the redelivery and making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Ordered from happybunch for my good friend's birthday. Was informed by their customer service person, Shakila, about substitution of tulip colours, and I was able to relay important delivery details to her that I forgot to include during the order. Very fast and prompt replies, thank you so much!
what you bought is what you'll never get
I'd bought a the 'Harmony' bouquet from HB and what it arrived doesn't resemble the posted image at all. The colors and proportions/size are off. Worst of all, the bouquet was wilting. HappyBunch even deleted my 1star review in the Google review. How amazing!

Fresh flowers and prompt support
I ordered a bouquet as a gift. While the flowers looked fresh and lovely, they delivered the wrong one due to issues with the 3rd party delivery partner. After flagging this, it took them 2 emails to resolve it after some investigation, and they did provide a refund for the inconvenience caused. Appreciate Shakila and team for resolving it as promptly as possible.

Easy & smooth experience
So far, I have already ordered 2 times with Happy Bunch. Both times, I had a very easy, smooth experience placing the order, and I also had peace of mind because the flowers arrived safely and on time & the bouquet looked amazing. When I had trouble choosing the most suitable flowers, I contacted them via WhatsApp, the person who attended to me, Shakila, was very helpful. They also helped me change the delivery address when my autofill changed it without my noticing. I will probably order again this week for my friend's birthday & perhaps maybe for my birthday next week also; let's see how...hahaha.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Happy Bunch! The flowers were beautiful and looked exactly as shown on the website, which I really appreciated. The arrangement was fresh, elegant, and very nicely put together. Delivery was also smooth and arrived even before the promised time. Delivery Too Early, but HB team sorted it out.
My flowers had been delivered 2 hours prior to my selected timeslot & thus no one was there to receive it & the flowers were left unattended for 2+ hours before someone could pick up. I contacted HB whatsapp and Khairul was swift to assist me in getting a replacement bouquet to be delivered during my originally requested timeslot. Really appreciate Happy Bunch’s helpfulness and commitment to delivering quality to customers. Keep it up Happy Bunch.
