Fresh flowers and prompt support
I ordered a bouquet as a gift. While the flowers looked fresh and lovely, they delivered the wrong one due to issues with the 3rd party delivery partner. After flagging this, it took them 2 emails to resolve it after some investigation, and they did provide a refund for the inconvenience caused.
