Delivery Too Early, but HB team sorted it out.
My flowers had been delivered 2 hours prior to my selected timeslot & thus no one was there to receive it & the flowers were left unattended for 2+ hours before someone could pick up. I contacted HB whatsapp and Khairul was swift to assist me in getting a replacement bouquet to be delivered during my originally requested timeslot. Really appreciate Happy Bunch’s helpfulness and commitment to delivering quality to customers. Keep it up Happy Bunch.
