We wanted to provide a clear update here as well, your situation has been escalated, and a free replacement order for all three bottles has now been fully processed. We had briefly held the shipment to ensure it would arrive while you were available, but everything has now been finalized on our end. To help prevent this issue from happening again, your prescription has also been moved to a new pharmacy. Your order is currently being completed, and once we confirm it has been received by the pharmacy, we will be requesting overnight shipping to get it to you as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is to receive your full order without repeated issues, and we are actively monitoring this to ensure it is resolved properly this time.
