Great customer service
Happy Head’s customer support over the phone is phenomenal. I’ve spoken with Angel twice now and she really works with you to dial in the right product and the right price. I was getting great results but I was also breaking out from the serum solution. Angel recommended I switch to the topical cream solution and we got it dermatologist approved. I haven’t had a forehead breakout in the last four months! And my hair is super full (no more sparse patches) although still a little thin. I will keep using it to see if it will address hair thickness.

Have been using their product, Dutasteride 0.5 MG to prevent hair fall, for about a year now and have been having great results. Highly recommend it.

Great product and staff (Harvey is the best!) Both results and customer focused, and with the most powerful products I could find. My hair is much fuller which takes years off ones age.

Like a cult you can't cancel
The products work, but their service would be a dealbreaker.
- I let my prescription expire because I wanted to see if my hair loss would come back, but I was automatically renewed in a non-prescription subscription that's just as expensive even though I didn't want it.
- When I went to cancel it online, I was forced to go through a whole chat bot conversation, inputting my name and date of birth and answering questions, only to be directed to their phone line to cancel.
Other services can get you the same drugs with less hassle.

The Other Guy Irritated Me (Literally)
I have used topical Fin and Min from Happy Head for several years. I canceled my subscription to try a different brand tHat ended up Irritating My Scalp. Called to reactivate my prescription; the rep was great to work with and I got a great discount for returning.

Unfortunately this isn't my first review. I messed up my first order by not knowing the full scale of product options available so I wanted to tweak some things. Fortunately every interaction with HH's agents was always fruitful and apparently they always took good notes. My last (and hopefully final) interaction with Luigie was excellent. He listened, communicated in a way that it was apparent he fully understood the knot i was dealing with, reviewed the relevant portions of past calls with me and simply confirmed the matter had already been taken care of by the prior agent Lenita, who had seen the underlying issue and already corrected it. So once again, amazing listening, assessment, application of critical thinking and initiative. Basically the opposite of typical customer service these days. Luigie followed up with the recap and a couple texts verifying everything in print with reminders for refills. Squared away.

Steven Z streamlined a duplicate order so there was no hassle on my part. 5min to clear up a problem that most customer service interactions would've required 15min, different departments, or never would have been resolved at all. Also, I didn't have to do anything on my end.
