Firstly I am a man! I have had very painful issues with diverticulitis and I was struggling to keep the pain under control as the issues were every 2 weeks. I’ve been consuming hormone harmony for about a year. Personally, I feel good. I feel energised, happy and keeps me calm. Even my family noticed the changes in me. I tried stopping for about a month or 2 to see how it is. I was gradually getting back my joint pains, headaches, hot flushes, unable to sleep well and many more. I’m back to hormone harmony and I can see the difference. I think it works well for me. The only problem I have is, the number of pills I have to consume per day. Im 55 and I started to feel very uncomfortable in my body. After reading all the reviews, I saw that people who had similar symptoms to mine and took this medicine were satisfied, so I ordered it. Unfortunately, after 2 months of taking the medicine, I didn't feel any changes. It didn't improve any of my symptoms. So I decided not to continue.
