After reviewing your account, we found that two separate accounts were created using two different email addresses, which resulted in two separate orders being placed and a subscription being activated. We understand this was an upsetting situation, and as soon as it was brought to our attention, we canceled the subscription and processed a full refund for the duplicate order.
