I recently turned 40, and just a few months later I started experiencing mood swings, weight gain, trouble sleeping, low energy, and just didn’t feel like myself anymore.
I went to my gynecologist, had hormone blood work done, and while most of my hormone levels came back normal, my sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) was very high. An internal ultrasound also showed that my right ovary isn’t doing well, and I have two fibroids. I’m currently waiting for an MRI to learn more about what’s going on.

Easy to use and reliable website, always get notifications of when my subscription is going to be sent out. Delivery is always reliable. I am really angry. They changed the dosage by 25% but have kept the price the same. There was apparently an email, which I missed, so I ended up bringing my next order forward. I feel like I have been ripped off! This is theft.

The only supplement that finally gave me some relief
Being in menopause, I have struggled with a wide range of both common and less common symptoms. I tried several supplements from different brands, but absolutely nothing worked. Then, I decided to give Hormone Harmony a chance.
Because my symptoms were quite severe, it took some time to see results—I only started noticing the first real improvements after finishing my second bottle. However, I am so glad I stuck with it. Now, my hot flashes and night sweats have significantly decreased, and I have much less trouble with insomnia and heart palpitations.
While it hasn't been a magic cure for everything—I still occasionally experience bone and joint pain, as well as brain fog and memory issues—I am definitely continuing to take these capsules. They are the only product that has actually helped me feel better and made my daily life manageable. If you have severe symptoms, give it time to work!

Over the last year I tried HRT (not for me) then quite a few tablets etc stating they help with menopause symptoms. I’ve spent a small fortune, each time thinking something’s got to work.
One week in with Hormone Harmony and I can honestly say something is working! I have more concentration at work, more patience at home and feel energised and active. Also I’ve not snacked as much resulting in a 4lb weight loss in a week. The only thing that hasn’t changed yet is the night sweats and flushes but it is still only a week in!

I didn’t even know a difference, but I wanted to give another chance. I just started my second bottle.
