Process good. Only suggestion we had is a bit of extra height/ fabric over the crown , it sits too flat on a “big head”

Nice looking cap but website need to provide more information.
Pros: There was good followup email and communication. Cons: I felt that the website could be more informative. There were lots of pretty pictures but not much detail about the different styles, or fiber (for cleaning). I would like to know each hat's adjustment type. It would be a nice touch for the hat to be supported better for shipping (it arrived quite creased and this isn't an item that can be easily washed or pressed). First thing I have to do is go to a dry cleaners to have it pressed. All of that said, I will purchase another if husband actually wears it.

Very pleased with my leather drivers cap although it doesn’t smell like real leather, the adjusters were just able to make it fit unlike my previous purchase and was quite creased on receipt but that is gradually fading. Very wearable and have ordered two more since.
