Amusing marketing and contact during…

Amusing marketing and contact during the purchase. Using Evri as a shipper is not a good choice- but on this occasion they delivered it and didnt throw it in my garden. There are similar cheaper caps but the extra cost was worthwhile

I thought these were produced in USA not China. Delivery was ok

Do not get sucked in by the lovely…

Do not get sucked in by the lovely story they portray, this is a very cheap poor quality cap produced and yes shipped from china, so please dont believe this is a long founded british company making caps by hand by two elderly gentlemen! Yes cap can be returned but only to a chinese address at a cost to you for more than the cap was purchased for, would not say the company is a scam but the way they conduct there buisness clearly does not protect the customer, these caps are not fit for purpose but as this is a chinese registered company i believe you cannot even exercise your rights under british trading laws, stay clear!

Exceptional company and product

Ordering was clear and easy to understand, which has not always been my experience purchasing online. But the real delight is these folks don't oversell their product; if anything, they undersell it. The cap fit right out of the shipping container, and it looks SHARP! The time and attention put into producing it is obvious.

First of all report from the desert

First of all, I live in Phoenix AZ, and we have had every day above 110° and less then .01 inches of rain since I received my caps, not much chance to wear them out so let's say great and I am looking forward to seeing how they do on a " blisttery day.
